The Police Paddocks

Up River Road Rutherglen 3685

The Police Paddocks is a naturally formed island that was used to rest police horses in the late 1800’s. The island was accessed via a private bridge, the remnants of which can still be viewed. There is a large camp site, easily accessed year round by two and four wheel drive vehicles.
