You are within walking distance of Rutherglen’s main street with its choice of cafes, pubs, and luxury dining options. The area is surrounded by quality wineries where a visit to any Cellar Door to sample what northeast Victoria’s vineyards have to offer is a treat.

The decor and furnishings are stylish and sophisticated yet comfortable and welcoming, with a Hamptons feel. This stunning cottage is equipped with modern conveniences, open plan living and dining, reverse cycle heating and cooling, ceiling fans and offers off street secure parking.

The beautifully appointed three bedrooms with the comfiest of beds and the main bathroom will surely impress. Also offering separate toilet and laundry. The rear deck with a barbeque is ideal for outdoor dining/entertaining and overlooks the north-facing rear yard.

A fire pit in the rear yard for those fire gazing cooler nights with starter firewood and kindling provided.

Sleeps up to six guests. Pets are welcome – a pet fee will apply.
